This rigorous procedure guarantees our raw aluminum bars are completely free from internal flaws, laying a solid foundation for high-quality aluminum wheel rims.
CUTTING PROCESS: KALOX Wheel adopts world-leading cutting technology to realize automated, high-precision cutting for our products. Outfitted with Germany-made Moessner automatic turning machines, we keep weight deviation and dimensional tolerance within ±0.1 kg, precisely matching the designed weight and dimensional requirements for aluminum wheel rims.
